Purchasing…

All our fixtures are available for direct sale to the public.  Trade pricing is available to design professionals and current price lists are available via request.

Shipping…

Most orders will be shipped by Fed Ex Ground Service or Common Carrier. Orders of larger items/quantities to be shipped by common carrier at a rate to be determined. Please call us regarding your special delivery needs.

Orders Placed…

Orders are considered placed when deposit payment has been received. As with all custom orders, a 50% deposit is required to begin production and balance is due upon completion and prior to shipping. Normal lead times are 8-10 weeks from deposit payment.

Return Policy…

All sales are final unless approved by Unique Iron Lighting. If a return is approved, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our product, simply return it for a full refund (NO RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES).

Damaged Merchandise…

Each fixture is insured for its full amount!

Buyer is responsible for the inspection of all merchandise upon arrival!

Buyer is responsible for taking the following action in case of damage:

• Take note (in writing) of any external damage to the carton(s). Photographs are helpful!
• You must notify Unique Iron Lighting within 48 hours of receiving your fixtures. You may also be required to notify the shipping carrier within 48 hours of receiving merchandise.
• Buyer may be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier. If buyer is required to file a claim with the shipping carrier, he/she will have to follow all of the carrier’s instructions. When the client is required to file a claim with the shipping carrier, he/she will receive reimbursement directly from the carrier. In this case, buyer is responsible for paying for new replacement fixtures.

Lamp Shades & Glass…

Lamp Shades ARE NOT included and ARE NOT OFFERED FOR SALE unless otherwise noted. Lamps are also NOT included unless where described in the item’s description. Customer’s choice of glass (clear, clear seedy, frost, frost seedy) is included in quoted price. Specialty glass is available at an additional cost.

Chandeliers…

All chandeliers include ceiling medallions (canopies) and 3 feet of matching chain, unless otherwise noted. Lamp shades and lamps ARE NOT included and are not offered for sale unless otherwise noted.

Custom Finishes…

List pricing includes your choice of any standard paint finish. Custom finishes are subject to a 10% surcharge.

UL Approved Lighting…

All our fixtures are UL approved. In addition, many of our fixtures can be modified to be ADA compliant.
