Limited Warranty

Unique Iron Lighting provides a limited one-year warranty covering defects in materials and
craftsmanship. The warranty period begins on the date full payment is received and applies only to work
originally produced in our workshop.

This warranty excludes damage caused by improper use, accidents, incorrect installation, use of
unsuitable light bulbs, inadequate or improper maintenance, normal aging, environmental exposure, or
any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

If a defect covered under this warranty is confirmed, Unique Iron Lighting’s sole obligation will be, at its
option, to repair the item or provide a replacement. No other remedies are offered or implied.

Items requiring repair due to causes unrelated to our workmanship may be repaired or replaced at the
client’s expense. A repair estimate will be issued and must be approved before any work is performed.
When repairs are necessary due to circumstances outside of our control, the client is responsible for all
shipping and handling costs.

Costs associated with removal, reinstallation, labor, or related services are not reimbursable. All repairs
must receive prior authorization from Unique Iron Lighting. Any alteration or modification made without
written approval will immediately void this warranty.

Although all exterior products are powder coated and finished using a multi-step process, Unique Iron
Lighting does not warrant against corrosion, rust, or changes in finish or color resulting from exposure to
weather, environmental conditions, or the passage of time. Product longevity varies based on
maintenance practices and installation location.

Additional protective options, such as a metalized base, are available at an added cost and are strongly
encouraged for installations in high-humidity or harsh environments. It is the client’s responsibility to
determine the appropriate protective finish for their specific location, including coastal, rainy, snowy, or
high-moisture areas.

Because each product is handcrafted, minor variations in size, design, and finish are to be expected.
Exact duplication of a previous order cannot be guaranteed unless a physical sample of the original piece
is available.

Unique Iron Lighting shall not be held responsible for special or consequential damages, labor expenses,
removal costs, damage to glass components, missing accessories, or damage occurring during shipping,
storage, or handling by the client or third parties. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within
3 days of received merchandise and noted on delivery receipt or Bill of Lading—no exceptions apply.
